If you write through the contact form: your name, your email, your WhatsApp if you leave it, and your message.

If we move ahead to a proposal, the private brief link stores your answers about the project.

If you recover your portal password, your email.

If you become a client: your project data, quote, invoices, and support conversations, inside your private portal with your own session.

To answer your enquiry and put together a proposal.

If you hire us, to run the project: quotes, invoicing, support, and maintenance.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising — ours or anyone else's.

Only the providers that make this system work:

For as long as the relationship lasts — as an active client, or as someone who might write again. If you want it deleted sooner, just ask.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The only cookie we use is the session cookie, for anyone signed into the client portal or the admin panel — it doesn't track anything, it just keeps the session open.
